RAIN DAY PAY! The weather can be challenging in the Carolinas, yet at LOVING we don’t think that weather should negatively impact your paycheck. We understand that you have obligations, and we want to make sure we support you in meeting those obligations, regardless of weather.

At LOVING we have RAIN DAY PAY! What is it?! Pretty simple, a program that ensures that all field staff receives a full 8-hour day of pay, regardless of rather or not they can perform their normal work duties out in the field.

The weather stinks again today preventing us from business as usual, so our Field Managers caught up with all field staff for some training this morning then allowed everyone to go home… Couple hours of training, then they are on their way home with a full day’s pay!

Breast Cancer Awareness Month (BCAM) is an annual international health campaign organized by major breast cancer charities every October to increase awareness of the disease and to raise funds for research into its cause, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and cure. The campaign also offers information and support to those affected by breast cancer.

We support the mission to find a cure, so will be donating $50.00 from every Outdoor Living Area that we install in the month of October to support those organizations that are focused on finding a cure.

We encourage you to check out this resource to learn about the risks and to learn what to look for, education is power!

It’s that time of the month, for the Breakfast of Champions at LOVING.

Once a month we gather super early in the morning with our various field TEAMS to serve them breakfast and recognize their accomplishments for the month.

It’s always fun to have some music blasting at the crack of dawn, while Management is furiously cooking up a 5-star breakfast to serve to our dedicated and hardworking crews.
