LOVING is committed to providing equitable benefit coverage for all our teammates and their dependents. At LOVING we provide comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision plans for eligible teammates. Our program is continually evolving to meet the needs of our team demographic.

In addition to group insurance, LOVING sponsors programs such as Paid Time Off, an Employee Assistance Program, Wellness Programs and various Employee Discount Programs for teammates and their dependents.

Loving University

We know that our team is the key to our success; that is why we are constantly creating new and improved ways to provide equitable learning opportunities to our teammates. All our new hires have access to our free online learning database as of day one and after one year of service all eligible teammates have access to our LOVING UNIVERSITY program.

Through LOVING UNIVERSITY, the organization provides reimbursement for both continuing education and tuition reimbursement for each eligible teammate. We believe in supporting each teammate's desire to achieve both personal and professional growth by obtaining higher education. We believe that pursuing any level of education offers growth opportunities for our teammates and their families. For this reason, the organization wants to support our teammates in reaching their educational goals and advancing their careers within LOVING. It's the LOVING way.

Community Partnerships

As servant leaders, LOVING is no stranger to giving back to our community. Through local organizations and programs, we volunteer service hours and make charitable donations towards rebuilding our communities. Through local school partnerships we meet with students in various educational programs, of all ages, to talk about their careers in construction and landscaping. Various members of our Leadership team participate in leading donation drives as well as volunteering and participating in mission trips. Where there is a need, LOVING is there!

LOVING believes in taking a proactive approach in making a positive impact in our community. Before they call, we will fill the need. While they are planning, we will be serving. Whatever the call is, LOVING is ready to serve. It's the LOVING way.

LOVING is committed to providing a desirable work life balance to all our teammates through programs such as telecommuting, half day Fridays, flexible work space, stand and sit desk and paid time off to name a few.
